　We use order forms that allow you to book a hotel room. We collect your name, e-mail address, postal address, and credit card information. This information is used to process and check orders. We also use this information to contact you in case there is a question or problem with a reservation.
　We also use data collected when you register, enter a contest, and make purchases to enhance and personalize your booking experience. We strongly value your privacy. Your personal information provided to our website will NOT be passed along for secondary use without your explicit permission.
　We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer this website. We log IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to track a user's specific session, or to investigate cases of fraud or other security violations on our site.
　 Any personally identifiable information contained in our IP address logs will be treated with the same respect for your privacy as order and registration information is treated.

　Changes to our Privacy Statement

　Any material changes in the way we use personal information will be described in future versions of this privacy statement.
　By booking with us you agree that our privacy statement, current at the time of your most recent booking, shall apply to all your information, whether given to us at the time of that booking or at the time of earlier bookings. If at any time we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated in the privacy statement applicable to your information, we will notify you by way of an email and request your approval.
　CBS Travel have agreements with all the listed Guangzhou hotels or aggregators, to guarantee that all the guests who book hotels through CBS Travel will enjoy the discounted rate it provides, and also guarantee the hotel rooms for the guests in their arrival date.

　Our reservation procedure:

　1. Guests book hotel in our website, by credit card or not by credit card.
　2. We make confirmation with hotel, and reconfirm guests within 2 hours to 12 hours.
　3. Guest arrive in the hotel and tell the hotel his/her name to check in. (all the guest's info is already in the hotel, thehotel is waiting for the guest to check in)
　4. Guest check out in the hotel, the guest will enjoy the discounted rate for the room charge, which is guaranteed by ouragreement with hotels.

　Difference between "Book by Credit Card" and "Book Not by Credit Card":

　1. Book by Credit Card can guarantee the guest's room if the guest will check in later than 18:00, this is very important in the hotel peak seasons. If the guest does not check in the hotel without prior notice, the hotel will charge the guest's credit card for one night's fee.
　2. If it is not in the hotel peak seasons, Book Not by Credit Card can also guarantee the guest's room till 18:00 clock of the arrival date.
In both way the hotel will reserve the rooms for guests, if credit card is required by the hotel, we will notify the guest to provide credit card info to secure their rooms.

　For travellers coming to China, we offer very flexible payment methods:

　Hotel Payment:

　Pay at hotel, NO Pre-payment needed. You can pay by your credit card in most China hotels.

　Please note:
　we DO NOT charge credit card when you book online, the credit card is for hotel reservation's room guarantee only, we only forward this guarantee to the hotel, you will pay at hotel when you arrive there.

　Tour Payment:

　 1. Pay by Credit Card online:
Most customers prefer credit card online payment rather than cash payment on arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, the currency we charge is RMB, through ChinaBank.
　2. Pay by bank:
Some customers prefer to remit the money by bank. This is also an effective method of payment, but sometimes, the international payment will be not so efficiency booking CBS Travel

　　The above rates are inclusive of all surcharges and tax.
　　The room will be charged in RMB, and the exchange rate is subject to the floating rate.
　　Major credit cards are accepted.
　　Check out at 12:00 noon.
　　Reservation are subject to availability and final confirmation.
　　Arrival details are complimentary so as to make reservation smoother.
　　Reservation will be held until 6:00pm local time unless prior notice.
　　The above rates are not applicable during the period of Chinese Export Commodities Fair (14th-30th April/Oct.).
　　Please contact us as soon as possible in case of any amendment or cancellation.

　　--- For Canton Fair ---

　 　The above rates are inclusive of all surcharges.
　　During canton fair,The hotel will provide free shuttle bus to the fair.
　　The room will be charged in RMB, and the exchange rate is subject to the floating rate.
　　All room reservation must be guaranteed with credit card.
　　In the event of amendment(including change of staying period or guest's name) or cancellation, a written notice must reachour office 15 working days prior arrival. Otherwise, one night room charge (including Tax & Service charges) of the above booking will be levied automatically under any circumstances.
　　In the event of no-show, one night room charge (including Tax & Service charges) will be levied under any circumstances and the reservation will not be held on the second day.
　　Free shuttle buses are provided from and to the Fair.
　　Reservation are subject to availability and final confirmation.
