1. How do I reserve
my hotel room?
Making an online reservation with CBS Travel is easy:
(1) You can go on our website(www.cantonfair.net) to choose
the hotel and room type you need, and click on the "book
now" buttle, and follow the instructions to complete
and submit information.
(2) You can send all the detail about the booking by e-mail(book@cantonfair.net),such
as :guest name , guest number,check in date and check out
date, which hotel, room number, room type, the contaction
of the guest. Or you can just send the requiry to us ,and
we will recommend the hotel right for you.
(3) You can call us directly ,we will try our best to make

or Skype(cantonfairbiz) and also livehelp.We will apply customer
service 24/7 one and a half mouth before canton fair. Making
a reservation through CBS Travel requires payment with a credit
card. Please read our Deposit and Cancellation policy before
making payment.
2. Can I make a reservation directly through
the hotel?
The special rates listed are only available through our service.
If you would like to make a reservation directly with the
hotel you will need to contact them directly.
3. What if the hotel that I selected is not
available?
You will be notified via an e-mail (within 3 to 48 hours after
placing your order) and you will not be charged.We will do
our best to suggest to you an alternative hotel.
4. What is the latest time that I can make
my reservation?
Even if we accept all bookings that are made on the check-in
date, we can only garantee bookings made at least 2-working
days (not including Sundays & Public holidays) before
the check-in date (if the hotel has not already been fully
booked). The earlier you book, the better chance you have
to get a confirmed reservation. [top]
5. How far ahead can I book? Can I book say
12 months in advance?
You can book 12 months in advance, but please ensure you remember
you have made the reservation and the price may a little floated
during your reservation period. During the reservation process,
you will be offered to receive a reminder for your convenience
(a month, 15 or 7 days prior checkin).Note that your credit
card will be charged when you receive your email confirmation.

6. Can I specify my room preferences (preferred
floor, non smoking room,...)?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section
will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests
and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their
best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee
that your requests will be granted because they depend only

7. How do I make a reservation for someone
else?
To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in
his or her name instead of yours for guest name. Use the billing
address for the credit card you are using as the address.
Don't forget to use your email address to receive your confirmation

8. What happens to my hotel booking if my
flight is delayed?
Please inform directly the hotel as any additional or no charge
will only depend on the hotel policy. [top]
9. When will the room available be confirmed?
After you submit a reservation, we will send it to the hotel
and get back to you within 3 to 48 hours, except for special
cases (holiday or festival periods, weekends, busy seasons

10. How will I know when my reservation
is confirmed?
We will contact you back to advise you the final status of
your reservation by email and also fax if you required so.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you can check in with the
exactly guest name. We strongly recommend the guest print
the voucher included in the confirmation email, taking this
authorized voucher when checking in at the hotel to avoid
any misunderstanding. Please note that CBS Travel is not responsible
for the lost of your voucher, you can contact us to send again.

11. What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?
Once the room is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a
confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price
conditions. We invite you to make printout of this voucher
to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Your
voucher will be accompanied by a booking confirmation number;
make sure to have it in hand upon arrival. [top]

13. When do I have to pay for my hotel reservation?
When we receive your credit card information, hotel or we
block your credit card for the cost of the reservation. This
is only to ensure that funds are available if your reservation
is confirmed. Usually, you are not charged unless and until
your reservation is confirmed. Some hotels may do one night
payment each room before you arrival. [top]
14. Do you provide transfer from airport?
We do not provide transportation to / from airport while some
hotels offer this service. However, taxi or limousine service
at discount rates available at the airport.We offer free guide
to help you taking a taxi at airport during the canton fair
time, our guide will wait you at exit and take you to get
transportation, the serving time is: 9am to 20pm.
We recommend you to use taxi service since it is the cheapest

15. Who else has access to the information
I provide to CBS Travel?
CBS Travel does not sell, rent, or give away your personal
information to anyone. We may disclose Personal Information
if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that
such action is necessary to
(a) comply with applicable law or with legal process served
on CBS Travel;
(b) protect and defend the rights or property of CBS Travel,
and
(c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal

16. How long does it take to get a confirmation?
17 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods,
weekends, high season, or special events...)
It may sometimes take only a few hours: we are trying our

18. How about the Credit Cards Refunds?
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit
to your card account.All credit card refunds will be processed
in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your
billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund
instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10-20
working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.For

19. Do children receive discounted rates?
The policy regarding child reductions varies from hotel to
hotel. Where these discounts apply, they are passed on to
you.This can be verified on the hotel booking detail screen
where the booking total is confirmed prior to payment being

20. How much is charged for children staying
with their parents?
Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their
parent's room using the existing bedding. The age requirement
differs depending on the specific hotel's policy. This may
be listed on the Hotel Lodging page.
The general policy concerning room and breakfast charges for
children traveling together with their parents or family is
as follows.
Children more than 12 years of age: Any child this age is
considered an adult by the hotel industry. Normal charges
will apply both for the room and breakfast.
The child supplements will apply to children between the ages
of 2-12 years (unless a different age range is specified).
They only apply in twin or double rooms.
Child supplements will not be available if the child age is
not specified at the time of booking and we will charge for
three adults in a triple room if this information is not supplied.Free
cots for babies are only suitable for children under 2 years

21. What about my credit card number?
When it comes to filling in the online reservation form, you
might be worried about your credit card. All transaction related
information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution,
and we do NOT maintain in our server all or part of your financial
information, including but not limited to, your credit card
