I stay here since 2006 till 2008. The hotel is fine. Everything is in order, but one thing is not good, the location is not down town, you will have to take a taxi 15 minutes to downtown, taxi is not hard to find.

I have been to guangzhou for several times, and compare to Garden and dongfang, the grand royal hotel was worthy, since it's much cheaper. The room is decent and modern, bigger than the room at hongkong hotel. The location is 10 minutes by driver to the fair. A lot of massage club near the hotel, very easy to find fun. Massage is cheap at China.If you want to find restaraunt, you need to take a taxi to Gangding, taxi is no more than RMB30. I think it's affordable.

I booked the room by CBS at this April, everything is in order, good food, nice staffs, near the fair, only one thing was I need to spent 20 minutes to downtown TianHe gangding CBD, which for shopping and etc. I was there April for business, not for leisure, this is not bad for me. I will let my friend known this hotel and CBS. Thank you.
