The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars around the corner. The standard room is a decent size and is well kept. The bathrooms are pretty basic and could use some remodeling. There is a single restaurant for buffet breakfast that has a decent spread of choices. The real issue is everytime I have gone to check out or check-in of the hotel the wait is typically over 25 mins. If they resolve this issue it will be one of the better values in the city.

Loved this hotel and loved Hong Kong. Unfortunately only there for one night on our way to New Zealand. Arrived in the afternoon very tired and were amazed by our rooms - spotless. Fabulous views of the harbour. The place just springs to life at night so we ignored our tiredness and headed out. Surrounded by Loved this hotel and loved Hong Kong. We stayed there from March 7-10. We had an early arrival, and they let us check in at about 10am which was great. We too took the MTR to Hong Kong and then we took the airport shuttle bus to the hotel. We had a nice room on the 17th floor, and we had a pretty good view of the harbour, although the smog or fog meant that the view wasn't always great! We found the location really ideal, and we would head off each day for various locations, taking little mini buses, to places like Stanley Market. The Concierge was very helpful. Also, at the airport you can get lots of info books about Hong Kong. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, rather we went to the Starbucks which is on the 2nd floor of the building next to Toys R Us, which is opposite the hotel. Again, everything was very convenient. Hotel room was fine - I thought the glass walls in the bathroom was interesting, but glad that there was a curtain too! All in all, a nice hotel in a convenient location. Price was ok too.
