We stayed in the Nikko for one night after we finished a Far East cruise. Check in was quick and efficient. We were up-graded to the executive floor (but were told we couldn't use the facilities, ie., the free bar on the executive floor). The room was of a good size with a lovely bathroom with a great shower and lovely deep bath. Also a flat screen TV. We did not have a great view but for one night this wasn't a problem.
The reception area was plush and the lobby bar was a nice spot for a nightcap (and the price wasn't silly either).
We had to store our luggage because we were not flying out until the evening but this wasn't a problem and no charge was made.
The location of the Nikko is good being just a few minutes walk from the Avenue of Stars giving great views of the Hong Kong Skyline.
