Stay away! I booked a room there and ask for a pick up serivce from hotel, they confirmed it more than 1 week before. Everything was in order by CBS' arrangement. When I got to know my flight is delay, I tried my self to inform hotel directly of this matter. The guys only know 2 words "yes" and "sorry". I thought that they know it. But when I reached the airport, no ones waiting for me, I have to ask CBS to help me to travel to the hotel. And after I reached there, I was told no room for me, the manager was rude, he said since I am late they sold my room to other, and they will charge me the fare for pick up? How can I paid for the hotel's stupid guys mistake, I can not imagine a 5 star hotel has communication problem and did not trusted their valued guest for a guarantee booking! I had no choice to let them take me to Ramada plaza, which was quite good, and the next time I refuze to come back and stay at ramada. I will never come to this location again!

Its a good hotel at a good location in Guangzhou, just at the Tianhe Square. Near the Metro Station and all the IT malls. The rooms are Luxurious and comfortable. I really appreciate the Service, I had to courier some samples to Zongshan and the staff helped me - collected the Samples from my room and packed them for me and couriered them. The only shortage is many taxi driver did not know this hotel, you have to take the map card.

We decided to stay at this hotel during the Canton Fair. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. We decided that it would be nice to pay the upgrade for an Executive Suite. The suite itself was fine apart from the see through walls of the shower! why anyone wants to see those with whom you are sharing the room with whilst showering! ! Whatever floats your boat! The grasp of English by the staff was pitifull. We were led to believe that we would be entitled to club facilities. Apparently in china complementary cocktails have a totally different meaning to that in the west. The hotels definition was one coke or juice! In summary, this hotel was a bit of a rip off during the fair. They quadrupled their room rate! The Rats in the breakfast lounge were a little more than we could handle. When we pointed out that the rat was about the size of a small cat & asked what they were going to do about it simply met with a courteous smile!!!

Would highly recommend this hotel - a new hotel built only a couple of years ago. Staff excellent, courteous and very helpful. Wonderful suite room - fruit and bottled water provided every day. Amazing Egyptian style foyer - breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend!!!!!!
