I don't think this hotel worthy of the name Shangrila, their service was bad during the last fair I stayed. The reception only know say sorry rather than solve the problem of my room since they make mistake over charged me. The restaraunt seem did not understand me and only let me wait and wait. I even found hair at the meal! After I complained more than 3 times, the manager came but my answer was always kept the same: sorry, pls wait... I don't want to WAIT here any longer. I stay there only 1 night then left it.
