i think it is a good hoteles it have a good restaurant and good place near marketes and super marketes but he didnt offer a computeres in the roomes and net connection it is a verey good thing in buisness today he offer free bus to the fair and a bus for the airport he have agood receiptient

I had a confirmed internet booking through CBS travel one month in advance of the autumn Canton Fair in October. In fact before arriving I called the hotel to make sure that my room was booked. Upon arrival I was told to sit down while they sorted out my room. After half an hour of waiting, I went up to the reception desk and was told that the hotel was overbooked and that there was no room for me tonight but the room will be available for the 2nd night of my stay. I had intended to quickly check in and go to the fair immediately and get registered etc.- so not only did I not get a room I had to waste 2.5 hrs more between waiting for the hotel to organise transportation to get the other hotel to check in. Hotels rates are scandulous during the fair season in Guangzhou and what must have happened was that my room was given to someone who walked in and paid a higher room rate. When I did check in for the next evening- the hotel sent my room some fruit and flowers for the inconvience. This type of dishonorable service makes this hotel unrealiable for business travellers attending the fair!

When I reached the hotel in the afternoon of 26th April, and their told there was no room for me. The CBS consultant told me the truth, they must sell the room to who paid more money than me and 24th or 25th check in without guarantee or deposit. But I had offered guaranteed 1 MONTH AGO! They are cheater! The guys there is always pretending not understand rather than apologize for their mistake, than after a long time discuss, they send me to another hotel yutong hotel. One staff even told me next time book with them directly then I won't be transfer to other hotel! WHO THE HELL will trust them. If there was recommendation by CBS for the good location, I won't choose this dishonest hotel. The next day I was taken back to president. Although the location is good, the president should be shame for the name, I was there being treated like a doll, make me feel they are the PRESIDENT, not me. Actually the hotel only has room and restaraunt, the restaraunt only offer buffet as western food, and the standard should be 3 star. Room are special, the facility is better than 3 but too noicy facing to the road, sleeping there is no better sleeping at the road. Pls don't delete my review, I would like more guests to know the truth.

Don't stay here !!!! I booked a room in this hotel for the Canton Fair April 08. I used Am Ex to confirm my
bookings for 2 periods (April 17th to 21st and also April 24th to 28th) The hotel confirmed my bookings
but on arrival I was told that the hotel was full I had to find alternative accomadation. To make matters
worse, the hotel charged my Am Ex card for a 'no show' for the second part of my booking and because the hotel
had a signed confirmation from me, Am Ex could not refund my money. Stay away from this seedy rip off
establishment.

I checked out of the hotel after 1 night. The pictures don't truly portray the standard of this hotel. I don't know who the people were that wrote before me but............. Anyway it was very substandard the carpets filthy the rooms stunk of stale cigs. The corridors were dark and the overall cleanliness was poor. NEVER to stay there again.
